Army Agniveer Eligibility Criteria 2024
There are several eligibility criteria for various posts under the Indian army recruitment 2024 based on the education qualification and age limits. Candidates must have passed their 10th class with a minimum of 45% from any recognised board for the position of Army Agniveer (GD).
Candidates aspiring for the Agniveer (Technical) and Agniveer Store Keeper (Technical) should have completed their 12th class with science subject with the minimum of 60% marks and for the post of Agniveer (Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiner), candidates must have passed there 12th class and have a ITI trade certificate from SCVT / NCVT’s recognized institution.
For the post of Agniveer Clerks, candidates who have passed the 12th class in Science, Commerce, or Arts with at least 60% marks, along with good typing skills. For Agniveer Tradesman, candidates must have passed their 8th or 10th class from any recognised board. Apart from that the candidate must be in between 17.5 to 23 years old with upper age relaxation for reserved category candidates. These eligibility criteria aim to ensure that candidates have the necessary educational background and its ability for the respective role with an Indian Army’s Agniveer division.

Army Agniveer Selection Process
The Army Agniveer selection process is a multiple phases recruitment process which include two phases, document verification, and medical test. The Agniveer selection 1st phase have common entrance test based on CBT format that candidate must have to clear and this examination comes with 50 question or 100 question according to the post the applied for and the duration of the examination was 1 hour or 2 hour respectively.
