One of the key aspects of this initiative is the government’s dedication to supporting Assam’s tree economy. To facilitate this, they are generously providing seedlings free of charge to interested individuals. These seedlings encompass a diverse array of tree varieties, including those suited for plywood production, timber resources, medicinal purposes, and other important ecological roles. By making these seedlings accessible, the government is actively encouraging citizens to participate in the growth of a sustainable and thriving tree ecosystem within Assam.
